1984 Honda TRX 200 Fourtrax
Cylinder Head Rebuild Service!!!

This is a CYLINDER HEAD REBUILD SERVICE for the 1984 Honda TRX 200 Fourtrax Four-wheeler. This also fits the Honda Atc 185, 185S, 200, 200S, 200M, 200X, 200E, and 200ES Big Red three-wheelers!
You mail in your old cylinder head to us, and we'll remanufacture it and send it back to you ready to bolt on and go for a quick and easy top end rebuild.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be required to mail in your old cylinder head so we can machine it.
Here's what's included with this remanufacturing service:

Your head will be hydrosonically cleaned and beadblasted.

We will then check the guides to make sure they are in spec, and we will measure the spring free length to make sure they've not collapsed. 90% of the time the valve guides and springs are within spec and still good so they are reused. We do, however, tumble clean all the parts so they come out very clean and look like new. If, however, your head needs new guides or springs, there will be an additional charge for these items.

We will re-cut valve seats and install NEW valves and NEW valve stem seals.

We will lap in the valves and the final step we vaccuum pressure check the head to make sure the valves are sealing properly.

McLaren SLR Edition
A year ago – almost to the day – we reported that the very last McLaren SLR had rolled off the production line (well, production floor is more like it at McLaren) and that McLaren and Mercedes were going their own ways – McLaren with the McLaren MP4-12C and Mercedes with the Mercedes SLS AMG. The swansong for the SLR was the SLR Stirling Moss, an SLR dressed up like a silver arrow car from the 1930s, without a roof and only a vestigial windscreen. Or at least we we believed the Stirling Moss was the last SLR.

Lewis Hamilton on Pole for 2014 Italian Grand Prix
F1 hasn’t been kind to Lewis Hamilton in 2014, especially with Nico Rosberg running in to him at Spa, but Hamilton is back on track with his first pole position since May and, better still, he did it by leaving Nico Rosberg in second place a comfortable 0.274s behind. That performance will no doubt help Hamilton’s state of mind as he battles Rosberg for the drivers championship, but he still has a mountain to climb as Mercedes’ sanctions on Rosberg don’t include a ‘resting’ race to level the playing field. And with just seven races to go, a 29 point deficit is a big deficit to make up.

After an early leak of photos, the new BMW M6 Gran Coupe – complete with 4.4 litre bi-turbo V8 and 553bhp – arrives ahead of a Detroit Auto Show debut. Just as expected, the M6 Gran Coupe comes with BMW’s 4.4 litre twin-turbo V8, delivering 553bhp to the baqck wheels and driving the M6 to 62mph in 4.2 seconds. And, if our previous experience of the 6 Series Gran Coupe is anything to go by, providing sublime handling and dynamics in the process.
