Just 500 ST500 models will be made, presumably to shift the outgoing model before the new one arrives this winter.

At the end of what was a memorable event, the two Iranian students walked away with one of the most prestigious accolades in the automotive design industry and a cash prize of $5,000. Lamborghini Reventon Roadster leaks
Thu, 10 Sep 2009The first picture of the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster ahead of Frankfurt The Reventon Roadster details are still a bit under wraps, but we’re pretty certain it will be powered by the same lump as the LP650-4 Roadster which is currently making its way down Lamborghini’s production line. That will endow the Reventon Roadster with a 0-60mph time of around 3.4 seconds. There is still an outside chance that the Roadster will get the engine from the LP670-4, but that’s a ‘Wait and See’ scenario until Lamborghini coughs up some proper detail.
