I believe this front upper retainer/reinforcement is for a a 1985-90 Trans am/GTA front bumper(let me know) It is in great condition just has some minor surface rust but NO rot and is not bent or twisted!!!!!!! All the mounting points are good and is ready to install!
The part numbers on it are hard to read but this is what i came up with: 10030545, A21, 1001779004

Themed ‘Roewe 2020: Elegant Confidence', the contest asked Chinese university students to design a future sedan, SUV or MPV for Roewe in 2020. Coming in second behind Jiajun were Qian Junlin and Zhang Mingxi, both of Jiang Nan University.
