1985 Mg Owner’s Parts Catalog – Victoria British Ltd. on 2040-parts.com
San Bernardino, California, US
Up for bid is a vintage MG Owner’s Parts Catalog (MG.2) published in March 1985 by Victoria British Ltd - a USA based MG parts supplier located in Lenexa, Kansas (at that time). The catalog has 50+ pages and is a great reference source for OEM and aftermarket MG parts that were available at that time and possibly now as well as the company is still in business. The manual does have some signs of use and wear, but is in good useable condition considering its age (see PIC). On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being brand new, I’d rate this manual at 9.0 for its overall condition. Buyer will pay a fixed $3.50 shipping fee for USPS Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Canada residents shipping will be based on International First Class Mail as Media Mail is not available. Payments by personal check will ship 5 business days after payment received. Payments by Paypal will ship 2nd business day after payment confirmation received. Don’t have a Paypal account ? Contact me for other payment options. Worldwide shipping also available - please e-mail me for a shipping quote before bidding. Good luck bidding !!!

E85 makes inroads on cost and availability
Wed, 23 Dec 2009Three years ago, we embarked on a Midwest road trip in search of what was then the Holy Grail of fuel: E85. Our findings weren't too positive--there were far more E85-compatible vehicles on the road in 2006 (5 million) than there were E85 pumps to fuel them (about 700 out of some 200,000 fuel stations nationwide). In addition, those burning the mix of 15 percent gasoline and 85 percent ethanol were paying a pretty penny for their earth-friendly ways, losing about 15 percent in fuel economy while often paying the same price as regular unleaded.
BMW M5 with four wheel drive confirmed
Tue, 03 May 20112012 BMW M5 - all wheels driven We thought that when we reported the 2012 BMW M5 was going to get a 4WD option that we would hear from every keeper of the BMW M-faith with their plans to protest this sacrilege around the world. But we heard nothing. Maybe the story we ran didn’t ring true for the M-Nutters so they didn’t react, or maybe they’re all on holiday.
