POLICIES:
Refunds are given if pre-approved. All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging and a restocking fee up to 20% may apply.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges or any other unforeseen charges.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund will be given after insurance claim has been settled with shipping company.
All items are shipped within 2-5 business days AFTER payment has cleared. International orders can take up to two (2) days longer. After that you should allow for transit times by carrier.
