1987 Evinrude Johnson 25hp Outboard Motor Lower Unit 22 3/4" Shaft. This unit has a new water pump and a small chip out of the scag. In good mechanical condition, shifts smoothly, gear oil looks clean, no sign of water. Cavitation plate has no chips. Drive shaft splines look very good. Overall it probably needs an impeller.
