2013 Hyundai Santa Fe - revealed at the New York Auto Show The new Hyundai Santa Fe – a 2013 model by the time it arrives in the UK – has been revealed at the New York Motor Show. Hyundai revealed the new Santa Fe a few weeks ago, ahead of its debut this week in New York. But now the new Santa Fe has been uncovered – admittedly in US spec – we can see it’s a decent move on from the current model.

McLaren P1: The Bahrain Photo Shoot

On a tour of the Middle East – and ahead of a debut at the Geneva Motor Show – the McLaren P1 has been photographed at the Bahrain International Circuit. That drip of information has included everything from the development version of the P1 on video, the first view of the instruments on the P1 and, most recently, the first interior photos of the P1. Now, whilst McLaren are busy touring the P1 round the Middle East, they’ve taken the opportunity to get a new set of stunning photos of the McLaren P1 at the Bahrain International Circuit showing the P1 in a set of beautifully lit and shot photos.

Mandy said NO to scrappage, but it looks like Alistair Darling will introduce a scheme in the next budget [ad#ad-1] After much to-ing and fro-ing, it has been claimed by most of the UK national press over the weekend that a UK version of the Car Scrappage Scheme will be introduced in the budget by Alistair Darling. The scheme aims to offer new car buyers a guaranteed trade-in against a new, cleaner car of £2,000. But it is being suggested that the Government will insist that car manufacturers chip in half this money, with the tax payer paying the other half.
