Autodesk Alias Scan Surfacing webinar takes place on 8 October
Thu, 11 Sep 2014Autodesk has announced its latest webinar, which looks at the firm's Alias Scan Surfacing and Quick Surfacing software. The 45-minute webinar will take place on 8 October, and begins at 8am PDT in Los Angeles and 11am EDT in Detroit, which is 16:00 GMT in London and 17:00 CET in Munich. A 15-minute Q&A will follow the presentation.

It includes the horrible neoclassics that plagued the 1970s, and the 1995 revival of the Packard name that attempted to stick a shortened rendition of the famous Packard grille in front of a 440-hp V12, all wrapped in a shape that looked like a melted Twix, as shown above. Ok, that's not entirely true -- what's happening is more or less self-evident: Three Aston Martin DB9s of indeterminate vintage are being hauled on a flatbed trailer big enough for only two. The why remains a mystery.
