Genuine analog speedometer / cluster & trim removed from a 1993 Cadillac Allante. 

OEM part in good used condition.

Speedometer gauge was NOT working when it was in my vehicle, hopefully this can be an easy / cheap repair for someone.

Mounting tabs along the top are cracked / missing parts of the tabs themselves.

Please look at pictures to determine item condition for yourself.

What you see is exactly what you will receive.

Speedometer / cluster should be compatible with: 90-93 Cadillac Allante vehicles. 

Please note: the 93 trim (included with this auction), will only work on a 93 Allante.

Might work with other years of Allante.

The end of the internal combustion engine is nigh, they say, as the world tries to clean up its environmental act and works towards a goal of electric motors to power our personal transport. But car makers are fighting that belief by extracting more power for less fuel from ICE engines, and there’s still a very long way to go before the ICE engine is consigned to the history books. Volkswagen has already reduced the fuel consumption of both their diesel and petrol engines by 30 per cent since 2000 and plan a further reduction of 15 per cent by 2020.

Gesture-controlled Audi wins VDA Design Award

The German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) has announced the winner of its 2013 Design Awards, which asked students from across the world to submit their final graduating projects completed between October 2011 and July 2013. Eric Leong from Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design, came in first place with his 'Audi Elite' project, earning himself €4,000. Leong's single-person vehicle can be controlled using the entire body through gestures and movements, and adapts to the needs of the driver, giving them more control.

McLaren P1: The Bahrain Photo Shoot

On a tour of the Middle East – and ahead of a debut at the Geneva Motor Show – the McLaren P1 has been photographed at the Bahrain International Circuit. That drip of information has included everything from the development version of the P1 on video, the first view of the instruments on the P1 and, most recently, the first interior photos of the P1. Now, whilst McLaren are busy touring the P1 round the Middle East, they’ve taken the opportunity to get a new set of stunning photos of the McLaren P1 at the Bahrain International Circuit showing the P1 in a set of beautifully lit and shot photos.
