This unit was purchased for my 1995 Dodge Dakota with a 5.2 litre 5 speed transmission. It never was installed because as it turns out bad gas was the reason for non firing of the spark plugs.

It took almost 2 weeks for them to figure this out! Not the computer as my (former) mechanic determined.

My loss (a big one) is your gain.

If your question is of a technical nature or deals with compatibility (ie. "Will this work with my....."), please use the internet to look up the specifications or owner's manual of the item in question, or click the technical specifications/owner's manual link on the auction page (if available). Due to the high call and email volume, we are unable to answer some of these types of questions. We simply do not have the knowledge to accurately answer some of these types of questions. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine if the item will work for the intended application. We do not provide drivers or software unless stated in the auction. Even if the auction states compatibility with certain models, this list may not be complete or accurate. Please DOUBLE CHECK to make sure that the item will work with your application, and that you have the capability to install, set up, and operate the item. Please use the "ask seller a question" link on the completed auction page to inform us of the issue. Please thoroughly describe the issue, including any troubleshooting that you may have tried. Using "ask seller a question" from the auction page rather than emailing us directly will allow eBay to also see the information and review any correspondence if a case is opened later. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do our best to help you resolve your issue. Please allow us a business day or two to reply. If your issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will first attempt to repair the item or offer a replacement item for any item that was guaranteed against DOA. We reserve the right to decide whether we give a refund or replacement. Items returned to us without prior contact and authorization will be refused and/or not returned.

SHIPPING CALCULATOR

Shipping charges for quantity purchases of the same item can be calculated from the auction page by clicking the links next to the shipping price and entering the desired quantity or by clicking the “shipping and payments tab just above the item description. Rates for expedited shipping methods can also be calculated in the same way. Questions about shipping charges that can be calculated from the auction page will not be answered. We also combine shipping charges for purchases of multiple different items if the items will be paid for and shipped together. Please purchase every item you require, and eBay will automatically combine the purchases and shipping charges on one invoice. If you pay for each item separately, you will be charged an uncombined shipping fee for each item, and your shipping charges will not be refunded.
We ship to CONFIRMED eBay addresses only to qualify for the seller and buyer protection policy. We do not drop ship or ship to third party addresses. Please enter the correct confirmed shipping address IN EBAY as our shipping department does not see the PayPal transaction and will not be able to see any other address.
Shipping prices are not negotiable, unless you feel the shipping calculator is incorrect for purchases of more than 1 item. The shipping cost will include secure packaging and handling. All of our items are packed with 2-3 inches of padding on all sides to ensure safe arrival. We ship most items within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. A tracking number will be available on the auction page when your item has shipped. When leaving feedback, please base your shipping time rating on the amount of time it took for us to ship your item and not how long it took for your item to arrive. We have no control over the amount of time your item takes in transit.

SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping to continental US addresses will be via USPS or freight ONLY.  Items over $200 require adult signature confirmation. If the item is very large or weighs over 100 pounds, it will be shipped via freight.

We offer overnight shipping; if you require your item to be shipped overnight, please call or email before 3PM so that we can ship your item immediately. If you purchase overnight shipping and do not call or email, your item may take a day or two to ship or may be inadvertently shipped Fedex Ground.

Freight Shipments:

Freight prices are not negotiable. They include the cost of a pallet and packing materials. Please allow 2-3 business days for freight shipments to leave our warehouse. If your item requires shipment by freight, we will need the following information from you prior to shipment: We need to know if the shipping location is a residential or commercial address, whether or not the location has a loading dock, and a contact number so that the freight company can reach you to confirm delivery. Freight shipping to a commercial location with a loading dock is strongly preferred due to decreased cost and complexity of shipping. A tracking number for freight shipments will be provided upon request.

You are welcome to arrange your own freight shipment, but a $30 fee will apply to cover the cost of a pallet and packing materials. We will need a bill of lading and any other required documentation sent to us prior to the date of pickup. Truckers showing up prior to us having the bill of lading, will be sent back empty.

International Shipments:

We do not ship internationally

Local Pickup


Items can be picked up at our warehouse in Clearwater, FL. Pickups are by appointment only. After purchasing the item, send us a message requesting an invoice with the shipping costs removed. Payment through PayPal is preferred and must be made prior to pickup. We can also accept cash upon pickup, but exact change will be required. We are open Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Call (727) 410-1373 to arrange for pickup or send us a message through eBay. Please call at least 30 minutes prior to arriving so that we can have your item ready for you to pick up.

DATA SECURITY

To protect sensitive data, any item containing a hard drive or other form of non-volatile memory will be sold without the media, unless otherwise specified. If the description or pictures specify that a hard drive, etc. is included in the auction, it will have been wiped clean and will not contain data such as operating systems, drivers, or other information.

ITEMS CONTAINING BATTERIES

ALL batteries are sold AS-IS with no guarantee of functionality, capacity, or runtime unless otherwise specified. If an item contains a battery, the battery is sold AS-IS, even if the item itself is guaranteed against DOA. In some cases, this may mean that you have to replace the battery before you can use the item.

PAYMENT


PayPal is the preferred method of payment. This is to provide protection for both the buyer and seller. We can also accept cash (exact change only) upon pickup, and cashier's checks. When sending a cashier's check, make it out to ColorAmerica, INC. and please address the envelope Attn: eBay and include a printout of the completed auction page, or processing may be delayed. We cannot accept checks of any kind or credit cards over the phone.

The 525bhp Mercedes E63 AMG gets blatted round the Brooklands track in the video below When you produce a mid sized saloon car with a great big 6.2 litre V8 you can be pretty sure that when journalists get the chance to play they’re going to be a little exuberant with your car. So why not get in first? That seems to be Mercedes thinking with the video they’ve produced of the E63 AMG strutting its stuff at a soaking wet Brooklands track.

Over at Chrysler, we suppose any good news is worth celebrating, and the production of more than 12 million minivans during the past 25 years is certainly noteworthy. To mark the occasion, Chrysler is introducing the 25th Anniversary Editions of the Chrysler Town & Country and the Dodge Grand Caravan. Both models will feature new interior color combinations, trims, Stow 'n Go seating, UConnect stereo interface and second- and third-row heated seats.
