High wear items like bearings, seals, clutch plates, brake pads are not guaranteed to be good. If I see a leak or can tell a part is bad it will be noted, but there may be a time that a part doesn't show any signs of a hard rubber seal, gritty bearing or thin clutch plates.

Please research YOUR fitment needs to verify this part will work for YOUR unit..  Models fitment MAY OR MAY NOT include other models besides what is listed as original source. I can only confirm year/make/model the parts came from as a direct fitment, any other make/model/year is up to buyer to confirm it is what they need before purchasing.

Seller's policies and disclaimers:

1. Item specifics: All items are sold AS IS and AS PICTURED. Item condition is shown in pictures and stated by ebay as either NEW, USED or For Parts. Used parts are just that, they are not perfect and will have defects as shown in pictures. Items listed as For Parts are from a unit that was not running condition and could not be 100% tested.

2. Fitment of parts: Listed clearly is the Year, Make and Model of unit that the part came from or with. I will provide part numbers and possible other fitments if i can, but it is buyers responsibility to confirm its the part they need before purchasing anything from me.

3. GO TO SHIPPING TAB FOR ALL OPTIONS AND COSTS..    I give shipping options ranging from SLOWEST-Parcel Post to FASTEST-Express and some inbetween. If you purchase the parcel post shipping expect it to be the slowest, if you want it faster purchase a faster option such as priority or express or ups or fedex.. ONLY YOU have the option to pick how fast you want it...  NO UPS to P.O. Boxes, choose another option. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Do NOT choose USPS Parcel Post GROUND shipping unless you are fine with the 30-50 day delivery times (choose the AIR MAIL options instead).. Ground shipping outside of the lower 48 is by SLOW BOAT!

4. International buyers:  I am more than happy to ship items internationally, however please understand the following:  Import duties, taxes, fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These fees are the buyer's full responsibility.
Buyers please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before you bid or purchase anything.  Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick up the item.  These are not additional charges on the shipping service.  I will not declare a lower value on the
merchandise or mark the item as a gift on the customs forms. To do so, is against U.S. and international laws. -Due to to unreliable online shipping quotes, Shipping costs may be more or less then stated or quoted. We require international buyers to use PayPal. International buyers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes charged by their
country upon delivery. Shipping costs and transit times may be significantly higher or longer than domestic shipments. Sometimes no tracking feature is available. Your counties customs inspection procedures may slow the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier. All customs forms are marked merchandise or used merchandise accordingly.
There is a shipping calculator on the listing that draws shipping charges directly from usps.com. Please view the shipping cost and take it into consideration before placing your bid. We reserve the right to cancel your bid or the sale if your country's shipping restrictions prohibit the auction item for any reason (i.e. size, weight, etc.)

5. There is NO BEST OFFER OPTION, Please don't email me with any offers. Items sometimes have a small market and they are priced competitively from the start, there is no race to give away parts for practically nothing.

6. Return Policy and Procedure:
1.Item must be returned and in exact condition as shipped out in.
    2. Transaction cancellation request will be made and buyers must cancel the transaction before any refund will be made.
    3. IF transaction is not cancelled there is an additional 10% of total that will be subtracted from refund amount to cover ebay fees i'm chaged since the transaction wasn't canceled.
    4. Restock fee of 20% is standard
    5. If item is damaged in shipping it is a matter for the shipping insurance and not something that should be returned.
    6. If theres a problem that is indisputably my fault there will be no restocking fee.
In review: I have no problem accepting returns if you made a mistake, but I am charged fees by both paypal and ebay for the sale so there is a restocking fee of 20% and if you choose not to cancel the transaction the restocking fee is 30%

Update on International shipping: USPS will no longer let sellers ship to certain countries online. This means each item must be taken to post office and be paid for at post office at higher than online prices. There is a small handling fee that will cover the extra costs involved in manually shipping the items. Not much we can do really as USPS is the only one that will ship internationally for a low cost.

Shipping costs have been raised by close to 10% every year for the past how many years, they go up every year so don't think what you got a part shipped for 3 years ago will be the same as today..
Please don't complain or give sellers bad feedback because of these higher than last year shipping costs, I do not make any $$ on shipping costs and if anything sometimes lose $$ because we are charged by the auction company a percentage on the sale price and also on the shipping costs..

Auctions for item listed as "FOR PARTS NOT WORKING": These items are sold AS IS, they were not able to be tested or have Damage, Repairs, More then normal wear. These are Sold EXACTLY as pictured and AS IS, NO Returns or Refunds.. They are priced at CLOSEOUT and DISCOUNTED for someone to use as parts.. They are NOT expressed as perfectly good working parts!.

As scooped by CAR Online, the Mini E is a pure electric car and just 500 will be built for corporate and private customers in the US, although a handful could make it to London where there is also a limited recharging infrastructure. The Mini E will only be available for one year as part of a trial and at the end all will be returned to BMW.
