Nissan NV3500 passenger van promises quiet and safety
Thu, 10 Nov 2011Early this year Nissan introduced a full-sized commercial panel van that's offered in two flavors -- standard and tall; as in, you can walk around the interior. So it was just a matter of time until Nissan targeted the hotel shuttle and church bus crowd with a windowed passenger model using that platform. Volkswagen E-Bugster
Tue, 24 Jan 2012The Volkswagen E-Bugster concept is a show car preview of the upcoming Beetle cabriolet. The E-Bugster is essentially the same Beetle that debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show last year below its beltline but above it a more steeply raked and shallower windscreen determine its new character. This, in combination with the hard top fitted to the show car creates a silhouette 400mm lower than the standard car, giving it a hint of SoCal speedster.
Wacky Racers For French Urban Mobility Project
Mon, 15 Sep 2014TOYOTA’S involvement in a new three-year urban mobility project in Grenoble, France promises to inject a little fun into what can be an otherwise dull undertaking. The trial scheme will see radical three-wheel Toyota i-Road and COMS four-wheel electric vehicles available for public car sharing on local journeys. Toyota is supplying 35 of each type of vehicle and is also contributing its Ha:Mo (harmonious mobility) system to manage the scheme day-to-day, following a model that’s already been successfully piloted in Toyota City in Japan.
