I am not an engine expert and maybe you can help, but these are crankshaft camshaft? 

They came off the left side of the engine if you measure it from sitting in the drivers side and looking forward, it would be the left side. 

You get everything in the photo with little caps also. 
The numbers on these read: 
1742196 and 1742194

They come off of a 1997 BMW 740il 8cylinder E38 engine. 
Please look at yours that you need, and compare the stamped number on them and make sure they match. I don't know what other years, but I assume it is a few years up and down from 1997.

The Skoda Yeti Facelift costs from £16,600 – where you have the Yeti or Yeti Outdoor But the differences between the two don’t mean a price differential; the Yeti and Yeti Outdoor cost the same on a like for like basis, although the 4×4 versions are only available in the Yeti Outdoor – complete with a new fifth-generation Haldex Clucth 4×4 – for a price premium. The Yeti range starts with the Yeti S 1.2 TSI 105PS at £16,600 and tops out at the Yeti Outdoor L&K 2.0 TDI 140PS 4×4 DSG at £27,050, with three trim levels – S, SE and Elegance – available across both the Yeti and Yeti Outdoor, with the Outdoor also getting a range-topping L&K trim level. White remains new car buyers' top color

White remains the most popular color of choice for automotive consumers, a trend report has shown, with 22 per cent of all car buyers opting for the color. Transportation coatings manufacturer PPG's annual automotive color popularity and trend data report has, however, forecasted that more vibrant colors are set to increase in popularity. Silver came a close second with 20 per cent of new car buyers opting for it, followed by black (19 per cent), gray (12 per cent), red (9 per cent), natural (8 per cent), blue (7 per cent), green (2 per cent) and other colors (1 per cent).
