We highly recommend that a Certified A/C technician be used for all repairs. In case of a compressor failure, a return authorization number (RMA #) must be obtained from Parts Realm LLC prior to returning any merchandise. If you did not purchase all warranty components from us, you need to provide proof of purchase of these items prior to your claim being processed. Our warranty covers the replacement of the purchased compressor only and does not cover any labor or other associated costs and expenses.
