Please make sure all of these things are correct so you do not have a repeat failure. Also, when re-installing the driveshaft, pay particular attention to the yoke going into the transmission. Use 3M scotchbrite to remove any surface rust and ensure the yoke is free of any deep groves. Not doing this will also cause premature failure of the bushing and seal.
