Jaguar XJ Review (2012): 3.0 litre Diesel Portfolio LWB

We’ve had the latest version of the Jaguar XJ in for review – the LWB 3.0 litre Diesel Portfolio with Sports Packs – to see how the XJ is maturing. It’s getting on for two years since we had the first Jaguar XJ in for review, and almost three years since we first saw the new XJ at the Saatchi Gallery in London, almost a year before Jaguar managed to get their new range-topper in to showrooms. In between we had a long-term XJ in for review which was with us for four months and proved to be far more reliable than the early car we had in – which did have problems – and a car we covered most the UK in with almost nothing in the way of hiccups.

The Infiniti Essence Concept is a show-pleaser, designed to grab a few headlines and give Nissan (makers of the Infiniti – which is Nissan’s equivalent of Toyota’s Lexus) some coverage of the brand ahead of the launch of its cars in Europe. And we’ve got to admit, a classy-looking, swoopy-coupe with a few eco-credentials is not a bad way to go. 2014 Citroen C4 Cactus: pictures and full details

The 2014 Citroen C4 Cactus has been revealed ahead of the car's official debut at the Geneva motor show next month. The all-new model is the first in Citroen's new C-Line model range and introduces a world-first, in the form of  'Airbump' - air-filled plastic panels at the front, rear and sides of the car which are designed to protect the bodywork from minor bumps and scrapes . The C4 Cactus production car closely resembles the stiking concept car of the same name that was unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt motor show and it will be one of the most distinctive cars on the road when it goes on sale in the UK in October.
