To withstand the severe conditions that occur in racing engines, NGK Racing Spark Plugs feature electrode materials and configurations as follows:

• Electrode materials - Many use precious metals such as platinum or gold/palladium for greater durability and lower voltage requirements.
• Electrode configurations - Fine-wire center electrodes provide better sparking and enhanced ignitability. Fine-wire ground electrodes further improve the ignitability of the plug.
• Insulator configurations - Special configurations are used for the insulator noses to improve throttle response.

Delivery

Most orders are shipped the following business day after receipt. We ship Monday through Friday using The Royal Mail or DHL for heavier items. For international items over 2KG we send via DHL. Please note 94% of our orders are sent out next day, If we are out of stock we may have to order you part and can take up to 2 weeks.

United Kingdom - Please allow up to 14 days (usually within 3 working days).

International - All international orders are send by airmail. Please allow up to 21 days EU and 28 days ROW

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We will replace any item that you are unhappy with or offer you a full refund less the shipping cost. Return your unused purchase to us postmarked within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.

They will not be accepted if the goods have been used or fitted or not fit for resale. We can only credit the card used for the original purchasing transaction or refund the PayPal transaction. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded unless error is by us.

How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package.
