It's called the Chevy Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle, and it will come with V8 and V6 engines, as well as a slew of specialized equipment.
Australian Automotive Industry Design Night announced

Traditionally held on the first day of the show, this year's Auto Industry Design Night will be held at Gasolina, South Wharf, Melbourne. In a public test of Marchionne's faith in his own turnaround strategy, in September Volkswagen Chairman Ferdinand Piech bluntly announced that he wants to buy Alfa Romeo. Piech was suggesting that VW--and only VW--could transform Fiat's perennial money-losing brand into a real moneymaker.
