This is a new pair of metal rims for a trailer of some type. Either boat or or pull behind trailer. Each rim is 13" by 4.5" and they have the 5 bolt pattern. Each one is powder coated in white with a small red and blue stripe around the top edge. Each one is 1660 pound capacity at 65 PSI. Free shipping is in the lower 48 states only.
