HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

First contact us at 888-429-1959. Customer service must assign a Returned Goods Authorization number for any returned item. This RGA number is used by our returns department to validate the receipt of goods back to our warehouse. All defective items will be inspected and tested by our RGA Department.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please report the problem to our customer service team within 7 days. Please inspect your product on receipt. All items are shipped new, never used.

We offer a full money back guarantee for items reported and returned within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be in perfect condition, not used or installed on the vehicle. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receipt and inspection of the item back to our warehouse. Please note that transit time is up to 5 business days.
