This will fit: Jaguar S-Type 2000-2002 A.T.; 8-244 (4.0L) Transmissions are sold with a 90-day money-back warranty. NO warranty on gaskets, seals, lines, coolers or electronic parts such as boxes and sensors. The warranty does not cover labor under any circumstance. Transmissions must be installed to current OEM specifications for a new transmission install. Transmissions must be installed by a Certified Mechanic.
