There is a 20% restocking charge on all returned or refused items.  Original shipping/handling charges and return shipping charges are NOT refundable.  If an order was shipped with free shipping, our shipping and handling cost will be deducted.  Altered, abused or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty and are not returnable.  Warranty does not cover shipping, labor or any other incidental fees.

To return an item, you MUST contact us via eBay communication within the 14 days of delivery to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.   We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number.  All returns must be properly packaged and must be sent using a shipping method which provides a tracking number.  Buyer is responsible for lost items if a tracking number is not provided to us.

Seems like the Mercedes-Benz design department is bulking up on new talent. Karim Habib, the exterior designer of the new BMW 7-series, has been lured to Mercedes-Benz where he will head up the advanced design studio on the outskirts of Stuttgart, Germany. Habib will work under Mercedes-Benz's new design boss, Gorden Wagener.

Jaguar XF 2.2D 163 PS - less powerful XF launched Jaguar has announced a lower powered version of the new XF 2.2 Diesel with 163PS which goes on sale immediately from £29,950. Jaguar finally came clean on its entry-level XF – the Jaguar XF 2.2 diesel – back in March last year, after speculation and denials about a cheaper XF almost since the XF first arrived. But having bitten the bullet on an entry-level XF, Jaguar has now done it in spades by revealing an entry-entry-level XF – the Jaguar XF 2.2D 163PS.

By Jesse Crosse Motor Industry 23 September 2008 11:00 Kia has unveiled a portfolio of new environmental technologies, including a 1.4-litre Ceed with stop-start (due in the UK in 2009), a Ceed hybrid and the latest version of its fuel cell-powered Sportage. The Korean manufacturer is investing heavily in research and development and will increase its spend on R&D from £2.2 billion this year to £2.6 billion by 2010, combined with a 40 percent increase in manpower at its research centres around the globe. The money is being spent on developing downsized, turbocharged engines, efficiency improvements to conventional engines such as friction reduction and the separation of accessories like water pumps from the engine.
