Illegal school parking 'should be fined'
Wed, 12 Feb 2014DRIVERS who park illegally when dropping off or collecting their children from school should be fined. Several local councils, including Enfield in north London and York boroughs, are now using CCTV cameras to capture illegal parking.
Top Gear answers critics of Electric Car Test. Again.

But we said that Ford would ‘…do better making ‘ECOnetic’ an option, not a model’. And it looks like someone at Warley was listening.
