This is a nice chrome sissybar and luggage rack assembly from a 2003 Harley Davidson XL883 Sportster. Fits Harley Davidson XL883 and XL1200 models. It is in very nice condition, see pictures. Includes everything you see: sissybar, luggage rack, backrest pad, etc. Overall height is 16" and the distance between the mounting rails is 8-1/2" with 7-1/2" between the mounting holes.
