Alfa Romeo 8C Spider at Geneva

Fri, 07 Mar 2008

By Mark Walton Motor Shows 07 March 2008 17:11 What’s new on the Alfa Romeo Geneva Motor Show stand?Alfa’s youthful new CEO Luca De Meo swept into Geneva like the heir-apparent he no doubt is, to unveil the Alfa Romeo 8C Spider. Vauxhall hasn’t messed too much with the fourth generation Corsa, and although every body panel is new it’s still very much a Corsa. Yes, the nose is more ‘modern’ Vauxhall and there are changes everywhere when you start to look – like the ‘blade running down the lower doors – but nothing that will frighten off the existing 80,000 plus buyers the Corsa goes home with each year.
