Unique book captures iconic motor racing colours

Among the famous and celebrated paint schemes set out in Racing Colours are Gulf, Martini and British Racing Green classics from the racetrack and even from cinema, like that of the Porsche 917K driven by Steve McQueen’s Michael Delaney in the 1970 film Le Mans. A racing car’s livery is a key component in the enjoyment of motorsport through creating attractive car designs.
Bugatti Galibier could get 1400hp

It’s three years since the Bugatti Galibier first arrived on the scene, since when we’ve had rumour and counter rumour about when, or indeed if, Bugatti’s four-door supercar saloon would go in to production. But the production of the Galibier has never really been in doubt, although it was never likely to happen until the Veyron was on its last knockings.
Cyclists tackle round-the-world race

Three started from London and one from Bangkok in a bid to break the Guinness World Record for the fastest circumnavigation of the planet. The World Cycle Race launched from the prime meridian next to the Royal Observatory in Greenwich Park.
