I've been collecting car brochures for over 30 years and have saved a few extras of the special ones, such as this original 2004 Mercedes-Benz G-Class brochure. All brochures usually have a part number on the back cover and this particular brochure's number is MC-03-532 printed in the USA in 2003 for the US market.

As the world moves towards a paper-free society, it makes me wonder how valuable these items may become, not only to collectors, but for people looking for printed materials on particular items that may simply not be available in the near future because they were never printed to start with.

This 33-page brochure shows the M-B G-Class from multiple angles and has a great amount of information about the car, including how it is built through the assembly line. Please see the pictures to appreciate the quality of this brochure and keep in mind it is 12 years old. The brochure covers the G500 and the high-performance version G55 AMG powered by a 5.4L V-8 with 349hp.

I have other brochures available on eBay, so if you are interested in several, I can group them to save on shipping. I am offering these brochures as though I was looking to buy myself, so I want to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

The Scirocco Studie R is a more roadgoing version of the Scirocco GT24 race car – and is a thinly veiled guide to the R20T that’s in development. CAR Online revealed VW’s plans for a hot Scirocco earlier this month, and this white concept car further fleshes out Wolfsburg’s thinking.

Volkswagen has released a range of Eco cars - The VW Golf Economy Range With the obsession by car makers with CO2 emissions (but only because Governments structure their targets on CO2 levels) the aim of these Eco Golfs is to trim CO2 levels down, and they’ve succeeded in getting the whole Golf Economy Range under 120g/km, and the Golf BlueMotion down to 107g/km. Three versions of the 1.6 TDi are offered – a 90PS version, a 105PS version and a 105PS BlueMotion version. VW has achieved the lower emissions with aerodynamic tweaks, longer gear ratios and regenerative braking.
