You are looking at a new overhead compass/temp display for a 2005-2008 Toyota Tacoma part # 83290-04030. I was told this would fit my 2009 Tacoma but it will only fit 2005-2008 Toyota Tacomas. Since it is an electronic part and I do not have the factory wrapper I am not able to return it.

GM recalls Chevrolet Impala to inspect seatbelts

A problem with the way the front seatbelt webbing is attached to the anchor pretensioner has prompted General Motors to recall nearly 322,500 Chevrolet Impalas from the 2009 and 2010 model years. If the belt is not properly attached to the anchor, it could fail during a crash. Dealers will inspect the vehicles and properly install the belt webbing to the anchor pretensioner, if necessary.

Mercedes-Benz courts Renault for new Smart model based on Twingo

Mercedes-Benz is set to join forces with Renault in a deal aimed at providing its underdeveloped Smart division with a contemporary-engineered front-engine/front-wheel-drive platform as the basis for a frugal new Forfour model. The new Smart, due out in 2013, is planned to sit on a lightly modified version of the Renault Twingo’s underpinnings, complete with a 93.3-inch wheelbase. Speaking about the new car over the weekend, a highly placed Mercedes-Benz official told AutoWeek: “It’s a key component in plans to grow the Smart brand.
