Designed for supercharged applications that run at higher temperatures and require additional cooling. Tank features increased capacity & can be filled with dry ice, or ice for the track or dyno. Fabricated aluminum for strength. Tank can be polished, chromed, powder coated, or left as is for a race look. Features a fuel cell style filler cap with filtered outlet strainer. *Tank will not fit in the stock location due to extra capacity, and must be relocated; will fit in the stock battery location. Claire takes the BMW 1M Coupe up the Goodwood hillclimb Although the Goodwood Festival of Speed doesn’t actually start until tomorrow, today saw the second year of the Goodwood  Moving Motor Show kicking off a long weekend of petrolhead joy. The USP of the Goodwood MMS is the opportunity – for a lucky few – to take an interesting bit of kit up the Goodwood hillclimb. This year Claire had drawn the tickets for the day; tickets Volvo had kindly sent us (many thanks, guys) after they asked us to drive the hillclimb in a Polestar car.

New high-performance BMW X5 M50d diesel in pictures

BMW has released pictures and details of the new X5 M50d, a 381hp super-diesel SUV with the world’s most powerful straight-six diesel engine. It will join the new, third-generation X5 range, which is set to go on sale in the UK this November with prices starting at £42,590. The engine carries over from the previous X5 M50d, but the 2013 version is both quicker and more fuel-efficient.
