This auction is for a 2005-2016 Mustang GT Coyote 4.6L/5.0L V6 Billet Aluminum Valve Cover Oil Cap w/ Chrome Breather. Item shipped as shown.

What does a valve cover breather do? Simply put a valve cover breather ventilates the crankcase from pressure just like the factory PCV system. The valve cover breathers lets the engine find its own pressure equilibrium without a positive scavenging effect.

Do I really need a breather if I already have a factory PCV? A PVC has to have a air supply to the crankcase so yes You could use the valve cover breathers as this supply and have the cool factor. Also if you have a turbo or supercharger where the crankcase pressure increases this aids in releasing this pressure instead of pushing oil back into the intake.

***NOTE: 2011 and up 5.0L Coyote's already have a "valve cover breather" it is the driver side vent tube on the valve cover but you can replace that with this nice billet polished unit and simply delete that assembly.***

Wed, 05 Aug 2009

Mazda has created a stripped-down MX-5 for the Frankfurt Motor Show - The Mazda MX-5 Superlight And it’s achieved its success by being faithful to its origins. It has stayed a small, light, nimble and fun little car. It hasn’t got big and bloated and been boosted by endless power upgrades or sullied by the latest high-tech.

One Lap of the Web: Mister Kei-terham

Mon, 10 Mar 2014

-- This Maybach 62 -- which sold for new at the eyeball-detonating price of $467,600 -- has driven around our fair planet a total of one million kilometers. For those who don't believe in Commie measurements, that's 621,000 miles -- or a trip to the moon and back and then halfway there again. Josef Weikinger, from Lichtenstein, loved his 2004 Maybach 62 so much that he found himself watching the odometer click upwards instead of replacing it for something newer and flashier.
