THIS IS A 6 CYL ,TWO STROKE , DIRECT FUEL INJECTED, OIL INJECTED OUTBOARD WITH POWER TRIM AND TILT. THESE HPDI MOTORS ARE EXTREMELY POWERFUL AND RELIABLE. THIS MOTOR WAS ACQUIRED LOCALLY. IT CAME INTO AS A RUNNING TRADE IN TOWARDS A NEW F300 YAMAHA. IT WAS ON A SEACRAFT AND IT HAS ONLY 523 HOURS. MECHANICALLY YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE. COMPRESSION WAS AT 130-135 PER CYLINDER. EACH FIRES RIGHT UP, PUMPS GOOD WATER , IDLE CRISP AND SOUNDS EXCELLENT WHEN YOU RAP THE THROTTLE. COSMETICALLY IT LOOKS GREAT. THE PAINT WAS SUN FADED WERE FADED SO WE SHOT IT WITH TWO STAGE EPOXY AND APPLIED NEW DECALS. THE POWERHEAD IS VERY CLEAN AND THE OVERALL CONDITION OF THE MOTOR WILL MAKE THE NEW OWNER PROUD.
