Thanks Blackbird for the rebuild on my 2002 175 Johnson outboard this thing is faster then ever. We got to there shop at 9am for a complete rebuild ( wile you wait ) Dan had our powerhead off in 30min , 5 hrs later i was heading home to Maryland with a complete rebuild. It has been 7 months and this motor is smooth and FAST we took mike's advice and had them do the mild mod's and man am i glad this picked up 400 rmp. from 5500  to now 5900, this thing will run with  225's all day long!!
