This listing is for:  Hybrid battery pack assembly / case pulled from a 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid Sedan.  Vehicle had 120,166 miles at the time of removal.  This came from a running vehicle that was in a collision so we have dismantled the vehicle to salvage any good used parts.  Battery assembly comes exactly as shown in listing photos.   If you are uncertain about an item being compatible with your application contact your nearest OEM dealer to ensure compatibility prior to purchase.  We will offer a 14 day return policy ONLY if this item is installed by an OEM Honda service center and found to have any issues otherwise it is being sold AS-IS to any DIY or any other repair shops.

Hyundai confirms luxury Genesis Brand to take on Lexus & Infiniti

Hyundai are planning to launch the Genesis Brand (Hyundai Veloster pictured) The rise and rise of Hyundai (and Kia too) has lead to speculation for some time that the next stage in their evolution is a proper luxury brand to take on Infiniti and Lexus, and it’s now confirmed that Hyundai will be launching the ‘Genesis’ brand within two years. Not to be confused with the ‘Not for the UK’ Hyundai Genesis, the Genesis brand will be a range of cars from Hyundai offering real competition for the luxury brands from Nissan and Toyota, but with a dose of Hyundai pricing and warranty thrown in to the mix. Hyundai’s product manager in Australia – Roland Rivero - has come out and confirmed that the Genesis brand is in  the making and will initially – at least in Australia – offer two RWD cars.

Volvo S60 saloon (2010) unveiled

This is the new Volvo S60, and it’s the latest attempt by the Swedish safety-mongers to snatch a share of the small executive saloon market that’s dominated by the 3-series, A4 and C-class. Volvo has only released two exterior photos of the new S60 – we’ll see the interior closer to the car’s Geneva motor show unveil in March 2010 – as it wants to highlight the new car’s design. Under now-departed design chief Steve Mattin, the S60 has been created as the car that will start the differentiation of Volvo design and break the one-size-fits-all focus.
