Up for sale we have a 2006 Acura TSX OEM Factory Front LH Driver Side Seat x9 from a 2006 Acura TSX with a(n) Automatic Transmission.
This is an OEM part. This item is in good condition and it works as intended. Keep in mind that this is a used item and as such, it will show signs of wear like scuffs, surface scratches, etc. Please view all pictures carefully. You will be receiving the actual item pictured. This part may fit the same model from other years. Additionally, since manufacturers often share parts, this part may fit other makes and models as well. We do not have an interchange parts catalog. As a result, it is up to you, the buyer, to verify that this part will properly fit your car and application. We only guarantee that the part will work with the vehicle listed above.

If you experience an issue with our part, the problem must be clearly stated on a valid, paid receipt from the ASE Certified Repair Shop in order to be considered for warranty purposes.

~ NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS
~ You must notify us to obtain an RMA before actually shipping anything back. We will reject any parts returned without an RMA.
~ All returns and/or exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for any items which were purchased incorrectly.
~ Any part being returned must have the original markings, without modifications, from Speedline Auto Parts and it must be in the same condition that you received it in.
~ Any part that has been installed, modified or altered in any way, shape or form cannot be returned or exchanged.
~ Shipping and/or freight charges are non-refundable.
~ Buyer will be responsible for any shipping and/or freight charges required in order to return an item.
~ Parts must be declared defective by an ASE Certified repair center on their original receipt / invoice.
~ Electrical parts that are deemed to be defective will only be exchanged once.
~ If a replacement for a part that meets all of the above criteria is not available, a suitable substitution will be made or a refund will be made at our sole discretion.

It's an enhanced version of the 599 GTB Fiorano that is purely for track use--it stays with the company even after you buy it. You are invited to drive at track days, from which Ferrari uses telemetry, but you aren't allowed to put it in your garage.

UPDATED: Jaguar Land Rover has submitted two trademark applications to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a potential clue to the luxury brand's 2015 product plans. Reports from Edmunds.com and others state that the "XQ" and "Q-Type" names could be used on an all-wheel-drive crossover and new sub-$40,000 sedan for 2015.
