NOTE 1: NO core charge with this purchase. If you wish to send your old unit back please send a message, if not please do recycle those units and do not scrap them, that way we can keep prices low!!

3.High quality bearings.

4.All fins are tightened, refitted, reinforced to eliminate loose cage noise.

5.Old hubs are replaced with new hardened heat treated hubs.

6.Springs and rollers are inspected and replaced when worn.

7.Run-out is triple checked after welding to ensure a true unit.

8.Lock-up pistons are machined and balanced in-house to ensure true piston.

9.Replaced worn clutch lining and bond clutch linings with top quality brands.

10.Pilots are sized using T.C.R.S. plugs for proper fit.

11.All torque converters go through 10 point check inspection to assure a high quality product.

Warranty & Returns: There is a 1 YEAR limited warranty offered. If the torque converter fails for any reason that is a fault of the re-manufacturing process, another remanufactured unit will be sent. The seller will pay for shipping. If the unit fails due to an improper placement, leaks, transmission faults and other issues etc. which are part of the customer’s liability the warranty will be voided, however a discounted remanufactured unit will be offered to the customer if they wish to send the old unit back at the customer’s expense. Please do keep in mind that these units are rebuilt to last longer the lifetime of the vehicle and hundreds are rebuilt checked and sold daily, so most likely if an issue occurs it would be the same issue that initially caused the first torque converter to fail. In either case we are here to help and we will be glad to do so as long as you understand these terms and allow us to help.GMnentedy

Opel Ampera preview

Tue, 27 Jan 2009

Opel has released a teaser sketch of its new five-door extended-range electric car ahead of its public debut at the Geneva Auto Show in March. Based on the Voltec powertrain and chassis architecture of Chevrolet's Volt, the Ampera promises to surpass that car in terms of style by some margin. The body appears to be nearly identical between the A- and C-pillars, but the deformed horseshoe-shaped headlamp design and two-bar grille come straight from the 2007 Flextreme concept, as do the car's tree-branch alloy wheels.

Hyundai Veloster Turbo gets cheaper

Wed, 19 Sep 2012

Hyundai are set to launch an additional model of the Velsoter Turbo to sit below the Turbo SE for around £2 less. With the regular Hyundai Veloster starting at £18k and the Velsoter Turbo at £22k, Hyundai has worked out there’s a middle ground price point – can you guess what it is? So to fill that gap (yes, it’s a £20k entry point) Hyundai are to launch the bog-standard Veloster Turbo (without the SE badge) which will lose some of the equipment but, as far as we can see, keep the butch cosmetic bits on the exterior.
