When purchasing items that can be remanufactured, then you must pay a Refundable Core Charge in addition to the Buy It Now price. You will receive a full refund of the Core Charge once we receive your old core. If you commit to Buy It Now, then we will send an invoice for the additional core charge to you. Shipping Policy:
We have warehouses located across the United States, so we can usually have your item delivered from the location nearest you for fast delivery. Orders placed on M-F before 3pm GMT will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will ship the following business day.

International Orders:
Orders to be shipped outside of the United States or Canada can only be paid for with a Bank Wire Transfer. Please call us at 800.823.4444 to make arrangements.

Product Availability:
We do our best to keep items that we have listed on eBay in stock at all times, but please be aware that inventory changes daily and occasionally there may be a delay on shipping even if it says the item is in stock. Return Policy:
- All returns or exchanges must be inspected by us before an exchange item or credit can be issued.
