If by any chance your address doesn’t fall within the network for Express Post, and you have paid the extra $10.00, we cannot refund you that money.

Change-of-mind

Vic Auto Parts offers a 30 day return policy in case of change of mind. If the product is not faulty and matches the description we provide, we need to receive the item back WITHIN 30 days, in its original condition.

Buyer to pay for the item to be resent to themselves, and for sending item back to us. Once received we will provide a full or partial refund. A valid tracking number is to be provided.

Exchange

If you purchased the wrong item, and wish to exchange the product for a higher or lower value item, you can send back the products in its original condition and package, depending on the complexity of the case, we may require you to cancel the original orders or pay (or being paid back) for the difference in order to complete the exchange. Please note you will need to pay for the return postage fees.

Defects or faults:

Where your product has arrived damaged, you will need to first send us a picture of it. We can then accept the item back and investigate.

If it ends up being our fault then we will give a full refund, including an return postage costs.

This warranty is given by Vic Auto Parts for the items described in our listings.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, as a consumer, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement or repair for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably loss or damage within ordinary cause of business. Partial refund agreed by consumer may be less than the purchase price if deemed to have completed the claim.

Make the claim:

Preferably, you can contact us via eBay message or send us an email. When the claim is received, our customer service will consider each claim on a case by case basis and if required, photo of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim. Where the item is defective or not as described, we will pay for the item to be sent back to us.

Warranty period commences on the date the payment is fully received by us. Your products may contain warranty documents inside the product packaging provided. Any such warranty papers are not given by us will not void the warranty entitlement on the products.
