Infiniti JX Concept Tease - now it's the kinky c-pillar Last week we finally relented and decided we needed to cover the tease ahead of the launch at Pebble Beach of the Infiniti JX Crossover. So far we’ve had a blurry motion image which gave us a familiar Crossover/SUV shape, a glimpse of the front from low-down on the front nearside three-quarters, and a shot of the tail light with a glimpse up the side of the JX. We’re now treated to a photo looking down on the JX from the nearside rear three-quarters.

Fiat-Chrysler to make Jeeps, Alfas in Italy starting in 2012

Fiat S.p.A. and Chrysler Group will build Alfa Romeo and Jeep models for global distribution as part of a new joint-venture company that will take control over Fiat's Mirafiori plant in Turin, Fiat said Friday. SOME VEHICLE components are nearly three times as likely to fail during the winter months as in the summer leading to potentially expensive repairs for the owners of older vehicles, according to Warranty Direct. The specialist insurer and warranty provider analysed 50,000 live automotive policies and found that ignition coils are 283 per cent more likely to fail between December and February than between June and August. Fuel injection pumps, thermostats and a number of electrical components are also more likely to suffer in the cold leading to an average winter repair bill of £408.60, the company has warned.
