Carr Magazine, the insider publication for the car design community, is reaching out via its Kickstarter campaign to fund its fifth issue. Carr has always prided itself on ad-free pages and continual focus on the future of car design but to do this needs some help from its readers as the team looks to improve its circulation and bolster content. Their previous methods of content collection, publication and distribution have occasionally been hampered by purposefully small team but with this campaign they are aiming to produce more of the same quality content and distribute it faster and more efficiently to their truly global audience.

The Acura MDX Prototype has made its world debut at the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). Providing a glimpse of the design direction for the third generation of the performance luxury SUV, the MDX Prototype was designed under the theme of ‘Aero Sculpture' and has low, wide proportions on a longer wheelbase. The signature Acura Jewel Eye LED headlights feature while the arcing roofline is 38.1mm lower than the outgoing model.

“The Million Dollar Mustang” is not about how much these great cars go for at auctions in today's heady times, but about what made them worth so much in the first place.
