When available, merchandise is shipped in original factory packaging. Most items are shipped free of charge. In some circumstances our prices are so low that we have to charge shipping. In order to return merchandise please:

The item must be in its original shipping packaging
The item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase
We will instruct you as to the best way to ship it back to us (
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
We will receive the item and inspect it
After inspection we will ship out the corrected merchandise or issue a credit. Refunds are not given for incorrectly ordered merchandise
There will be a $10 restocking fee for items returned to us
