There are 2 types of H4 prong. A U shape and a triangle shape prong. Please check your vehicle before purchasing to make sure you have an U shape prong setup
Please note that if you are using these LED light bulbs to replace your halogen or xenon bulbs, depending on your vehicle's electric circuit, it might cause; hyperflash, error and / or malfunction error. In order to resolve this issue, you might need to add a pair of load equilizer resistors to prevent the issue from happening

Where is my item?
all items are shipped out within 2 business days after full payment has been cleared. An automated email will be sent containing the tracking #.
The tracking # does not update
When you have received the automated email, that means your order has been processed but does not mean it has been shipped out. It can take up to 24 hours for the system to update
Do you provide next day or expedited shipping?
Unfortunately at this current time, we do NOT offer any expedited shipping
I purchased by mistake, how do I cancel the order?
Please contact us ASAP. If the item has not been shipped out we can cancel the order for you. If the item was shipped out you can refuse the package and wait for the item to return to us. We can only refund you the Item price and cannot refund the shipping price.

Do I recieve installation instructions?
We are only retail store and we send out our items based on what the manufacturer give us. Majority of our items do not come with installation instructions and requires a professional to install.
