Building a Lift kit for GM Hummer H3 has always been a challenge.  Leveling the stance of any torsion-bar-equipped truck involves replacing the factory torsion bar keys with new ones that have been re-indexed to allow more ride height adjustment. OE factory keys can vary up to 18 degrees.

East Coast Motorsports has the final lift solution for the H3 with two different torsion bar keys that provide lift regardless of how the truck was equipped from the factory. The H3 torsion keys are forged from high-quality steel and designed to OE specifications, providing up to 3" of lift to level the front.  Kits also include our patented shock spacers so that the factory shock absorbers can be retained.

The rear lift is acquired by the use of our custom fabricated rear lift shackles.  The shackles are made from heavy duty 1/4 powder coated steel.

The maximum recommended tire size this kit will allow is 36"

Kit includes:
  • One pair of 3" forged leveling keys
  • One pair of steel shock spacers
  • One pair of steel lift shackles
  • Install instructions
  • Fits all (2004-2011) GM Hummer H3 4x4

A Very Merry F1 Christmas!

Thu, 25 Dec 2008

2008 has been a pretty eventful year in Formula 1. Lots of highs and lows; arguments over penalties for some drivers and not for others; new venues with stunning facilities and some pretty impressive racing to boot. Which should give F1 Supremo Bernie Ecclestone some great options for his annual Christmas card to close friends.

Ford C-Max and Mondeo spotted in Detroit

Mon, 26 Mar 2012

Detroiter Spencer Abbott spotted a couple of Euro Fords out cruising the boulevards of suburban Detroit this weekend. Like a good Autoweek reader, he snapped a few photos as soon as it could be done safely. The C-Max can be easily explained, as Ford plans to start selling the little people mover stateside this fall.

Peugeot HR1 Concept – Peugeot 2008?

Thu, 30 Sep 2010

The Peugeot HR1 Concept At first glance you could be forgiven for thinking that the Peugeot HR1 concept is a Nissan Juke. It has that same funky feel the Juke does. And in truth it’s a very similar car.
