3 Boat Truck / Windshield Wiper Motor WWF12C18-510S American Electric Ignition, Cleveland Ignition

I bought these directly from the manufacturer, but I don't remember if that was Cleveland Ignition or American Electric Ignition. These are labeled Cleveland Ignition, but I'm pretty sure the deal was that American Electric Ignition bought Cleveland Ignition. Anyway, they are one and the same. I was converting a set of wipers for a boat from a certain degree sweep to a larger degree sweep, which required non-standard shaft assemblies--that is why there are the 3 extra shafts. As to the motors, Cleveland/American worked out a deal for me, as they were searching their old parts bin to find me the special shafts, and came across these three warranty-replaced motors. I bought them for parts. They look otherwise like new. 12V DC.

There is some issue with each of them, but only two are labeled. One says, "Won't park." The other says, "Blows fuses." No idea what is wrong with the other motor. The boat is gone, and I don't need these for parts, anymore. The shafts on the motors are 1" (threaded part). And the spare shafts are 3" when in the motors (threaded part). I forget (lots of things), but I do remember the longer shafts are the standard ones (sweep-wise).

The Porsche 918 Spyder in Monterey Unless you’ve been locked in a cupboard for the last week, you can’t have failed to notice that this weekend the car world – or at least the upper echelons of the car world – has migrated to Monterey in California for a weekend of basking in the beauty that is the automobile, which culminated in the Pebble Beach Concourse d’elegance We’ve had a couple of premiers from Jaguar and a crash by Sir Stirling Moss; the US has acquainted itself with the Bugatti Veyron SuperSports and the Morgan Eva GT got its world premier. And Porsche took the 918 Spyder Hybrid to Monterey to let the world see it – and to pitch its wares to some of the wealthiest collectors on the planet. Which gives us the opportunity to bring you a VT of the Porsche 918 Spyder on the move.
