Dash instrument panel

Looks good for age

I will be honest, I do not know what vehicle this would fit so I am going to include as much details as I can. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to bidding and I will answer them as quickly as possible.

This instrument panel appears to be pretty old as though I do not know what year or to what type of vehicle so please feel free to e-mail me any information that may help.. :)

It has 3 gauges for this panel but there is no glass for it. I do not know how hard it would be to have a piece made but it looks like it should be able to be done. I do not know for sure as I am not an expert on this at all.

It shows Compression, Oil Pressure and Vacuum with the arrows. The arrows seem to be pretty tight and not just loose or moving on their own.

The approx. size of the instrument panel is 8 1/4" Wide x 4" tall. It does have the yellowing look and is somewhat dirty but I did not want to try to clean anything as I do not want to break it or damage it in any way.

This item comes from a smoke free and pet free home.

I am not an expert on this and described it as best as I could. It appears to be in good condition. You are purchasing this "as is." If you have any questions, please e-mail us prior to bidding and we will get back to you.

For additional information, please read below:

Tony Williams-Kenny announced as Design Director, SAIC Motor

Wed, 19 Jan 2011

Tony Williams-Kenny has been announced as the new global Design Director of Chinese automaker, SAIC Motor.  During his previous role as Design Director for SAIC Motor, UK, Williams-Kenny worked on various Roewe products, as well as being responsible for designing a new generation of MG models including the MG3, MG6 and MG Zero – the first concept car from the brand since 1985. When interviewed by CDN last year, we asked him how important design is in the company: "For me it's obvious SAIC gets the need for design and the need for a strong brand design relationship," he answered. "We have a really good review group at senior management level too, who actually want to be involved in design reviews and the decision making process." After gaining an MA in Automotive Design and a BA (Hons) in Transport Design from Coventry University in the UK in 1998, Kenny joined Mitsubishi Europe Design in Trebur, Germany as a designer.

Which probably means that at least one of Teamspeed’s members were at the event, hence the phote above and some gen on what the GT2 RS has to offer.

Volkswagen prices 2014 Passat 1.8T

Mon, 11 Nov 2013

Volkswagen is debuting a new engine in its U.S. lineup, a 1.8-liter four-cylinder turbocharged and direct-injected TSI engine known internally as EA888, and the first car to receive it will be the 2014 Volkswagen Passat. The Passat will stay the same on the outside for the 2014 model year, but the new 1.8-liter engine promises to deliver as much power as the outgoing 2.5-liter engine it is replacing, 170 hp, while gaining seven more lb-ft of torque for a total of 184 lb-ft.
