The Group's Czech arm is showing a new concept dubbed the Fabia vRS 2000, which has been specifically developed and built for the event. Drawing on the Fabia Super 2000 rally car, Skoda's designers have created an original roadster pursuing a single goal: dynamism and the joy of sporty driving.

In essence, a BMW M1 for the Eco generation. Since BMW revealed their Vision ED other premium car makers have joined the eco-supercar game and announced production of what amount to high-performance hybrids and/or electric cars. Mercedes has confirmed they are working on an SLS AMG E-Cell, with a working prototype already running around.
