Jaguar lines up 4-, 6-cylinder engines

Jaguar hasn't offered a four-cylinder engine since 1948 and no V6 since the small, lackluster X-Type was pulled from the United States four years ago. But in an era of mpg obsession, even this proud British luxury brand is changing. Jaguar will offer four- and six-cylinder engines in two of its three car lines, starting this fall.

AutoStyle Design Competition 2010

Berman SpA, an OEM parts and genuine accessories designer and supplier, will hold the 7th edition of its AutoStyle Design Competition on October 14th and 15th in the company's home city of Mantua, Italy. Held in Polirone Abbey in San Benedetto Po, the two day workshop sets the stage for members of the automotive industry to evaluate and better understand the processes of research and experimentation in the creation and evolution of car models. Monte Carlo makeover for Skoda Citigo

SKODA has transferred the big-selling Monte Carlo treatment first seen on the Fabia to its little brother, the Citigo. The Citigo Monte Carlo is based on the mid-range SE trim, but boasts stand-out black detailing including larger 15-inch alloy wheels, front and rear spoilers, a rear mock diffuser, grille and door mirrors. Inside the cabin the changes include a 'sports' steering wheel and Monte Carlo red/black upholstery.
