The heads are complete with factory valves, rockers and springs. They are small valve, small port, high velocity “power pack” heads that produce good low rpm torque and highway fuel efficiency. A reputable machine shop should be able to refurbish these heads using most of the existing factory hard parts and modify these heads to accept 1.94-1.55 valves for 4 bbl applications. 21 day turnaround to have the heads hot tanked and magnafluxed.
