The car's familiar extreme proportions have been retained with its low stance and extreme cab rearward proportions of previous Viper models. But two years on from launch of the Countryman it’s getting a few tweaks to take in in to 2013, but they are pretty minor. The rings round the centre speedo and air vents now come in gloss black (unless you opt for the Chrome Line interior pack, and then they’re chrome.

Ford continues to add to the bag of tricks that will ship with the 2015 Mustang. On Monday, it announced new GTs will come equipped with an electronic line-lock function that keeps the front brakes engaged while you warm your rear tires. “Competition has been an integral part of the Ford Mustang lifestyle since its earliest days 50 years ago,” said Steve Ling, Ford car-marketing manager.
