For sale is a set of rods and pistons from a 7 bolt 4g63 turbo motor. The pistons can be used as an upgrade in the 6 bolt (89-92) motors for higher compression. They came out of a running motor, i was going to keep them for a frankenstein build but got out of the dsm game. My loss your gain. GM throttles back on performance cars for 2010
Fri, 08 May 2009It should not be a surprise, as General Motors scrambles to cut costs and cars sit unsold on dealers' lots, that the automaker is cutting high-performance versions of several vehicles for the 2010 model year. According to information from online ordering guides made available to GM dealers, the 2009 model year is the last for the Chevrolet Impala SS, the Pontiac G6 GXP and the Cadillac STS-V. Also, the SS trim in the Chevy Cobalt lineup will be limited to the coupe body style.

Thu, 21 Oct 2010A 1952 Porsche 356 cabriolet owned by Robert Wilson of Oklahoma City, Okla., has been named the winner of a contest to find the oldest Porsche sold in America. Porsche Cars North America ran the contest, which asked owners to submit documentation showing when their cars were first sold, as part of its celebration of 60 years of selling cars in the United States. Wilson's car, which he found in a salvage yard, was imported in November 1952 by Max Hoffman, who started bringing Porsches to the United States in 1950.
