No reserve.  This auction is for a very nice used bullet grille from a 1950 Studebaker car. Description to follow but first please note I can't always ship things out right away, sometimes it can take a week before I can send a package so if that's an issue please contact me first.   Not sure if this came from a Commander or a Champion, don't know if it would be different either way, what you see is what you get.  Would probably fit in a '51 although the original '51 grilles are different I believe.   Real nice chrome for a used one, some pits on the inside of the ring and a couple marks on the outside which I tried to show in the closeup pics, it's not flawless, but it's pretty nice, I'd say real nice driver quality as-is or rechrome for a total restoration car.

Everything is as shown, as-is.  Please be patient with the shipping of these items.  I can't always ship out parts immediately after the auction ends.  Sometimes it can take a week or two for shipping.  If this is a problem and you need something right away, be sure to let me know right away and I'll do what I can.

Shipping for this item will be $16 anywhere in the continental US, International bidders, please email me for a quote.  You are welcome to pick this up at my shop near Brillion, Wisconsin if you're in the area.    Feel free to email me with any questions.   Be sure to see my other auctions for more parts, and thanks for looking.

Fabulous Fords go on forever at California show

Mon, 20 Apr 2009

While the Mustang got its own celebration two days earlier on the other side of the country at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama, on Sunday, the annual Fabulous Fords Forever show in California honored all Blue Oval creations of the last 100 years. From the Model T to the new Mustang, there were hundreds of Ford cars and a few trucks spread out across the parking lot of Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park. This was the 24th running of the show, which was started by Ford and a herd of Mustang clubs as a kickoff to the car-show season.

Rumormill: Aston Martin Cygnet could get V12

Fri, 26 Oct 2012

A few years ago, if you would have asked us about 500-hp city cars, we would have said, “Awesome, but never going to happen.” We were proven wrong with last year's Nissan Juke-R and we may be proven wrong again with a V12-powered Aston Martin Cygnet. That's right, Autocar reports that Aston is studying the feasibility of taking the Toyota iQ-based Cygnet and shoehorning the V12 from its Vantage and DB9 models. Aston says it could fit the V12 in the tiny car's engine bay without major modifications.

Lotus Evora won't reach roads in the United States until 2010

Wed, 11 Mar 2009

The guys in Europe will have first crack at Lotus's first all-new production car in more than a decade. Assembly of the Evora is under way, with deliveries of the 2+2 mid-engine coupe beginning in May. North American will have to sit tight until the Evora lands here early next year.
